Who is responsible
Pavilionsortwalnt Materials Media Ltd, 42 Queen Street, Bristol, BS1 4QP, UK, company no. 16028473, is responsible for personal information it receives through the operation of pavilionsortwalnt.sbs and related editorial correspondence. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.
The local enquiry tool
The contact tool constructs a plain-text note within your browser. Its fields are not submitted to a server by the tool and are not saved by our scripts in cookies or browser storage. Copying places text on your device’s clipboard when you permit it; downloading creates a text file on your device. Your browser may offer its own autofill or session-restoration features.
The preview is not a sent message. If you choose to email the note, the information is then handled by your email service and our email service as part of normal correspondence. Avoid entering sensitive personal information, confidential designs or information about other people that is not necessary for your enquiry.
Information received through email
If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, message and any attachments or other details you provide. We use these to respond, consider corrections and maintain an appropriate editorial record. Our usual lawful basis is legitimate interests in handling correspondence and maintaining accurate information. Where a legal obligation applies, we may process information to meet that obligation.
Technical access information
Delivering a website necessarily involves technical requests. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request times, requested paths, browser information and security-related logs to deliver pages, maintain availability and investigate abuse. The page scripts supplied with this website do not include analytics, advertising tags or cross-site tracking code.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, security and email, subject to appropriate arrangements. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary and proportionate to protect legal rights or investigate misuse.
If a provider processes personal data outside the UK, applicable transfer requirements must be met, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You may contact us for information relevant to the handling of your correspondence.
Retention
We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to address the enquiry, maintain a necessary correction record or meet legal requirements. Technical logs should be retained only as needed for operational and security purposes. Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances rather than an indefinite archive of every interaction.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and relevant conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.
You may raise concerns with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You can also contact the relevant supervisory authority where applicable.
